BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBA Senior Brand Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing end-to-end strategies to promote take-home ice cream product growth and ensure alignment with company goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead breakthrough innovation development to address portfolio gapsLead end-to-end Brand Campaigns, coordinate and guide external media and creative agencies in creating new campaigns for local activations, and deployment mixes – ranging from purpose communications, traditional activationsLead internal cross-functional team in the operations supporting the launches of projects and activationsBrand Custodian: Managing the local marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotions)Executions Lead for brand campaigns and innovations to drive business growthFrontliner for Day-to-Day Brand Operations:Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Processes from activity and demand planning to sales monitoring and analysisBrand Health, Consumer and Retail Data AnalysisDelivering Business Results – topline and bottom line: manage A&P and demonstrate understanding on innovation business case to deliver profitable and sustainable modelWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDKEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLSStrong project management and problem-solving skillsHighly creative and drive new initiativesStrong collaboration and communication skillsExperience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agenciesExperience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders - both internal and external partnersDemonstrate good understanding of numbers and data with strong analytical skillGood command of English and ThaiHigh degree of accountability & responsibilityRELEVEANT EXPERIENCEAt least 5 years of experience in marketingExperience in snacking category is preferredExperience in innovation development and project managementExperience in end-to-end marketing mix development
