Role MissionDesign and maintain the digital backbone that empowers program managers to run multiple programs at speed and scale.

Expected OutcomesBuild and deploy ICEYE's automated portfolio dashboard using JIRA/Confluence/Grafana integrations within 90 days of joining. Reduce time to generate program status reports by 80% by automating workflows and standardizing templates within 4 months. Implement and maintain a Slack-based alerting system for milestone health and overdue tasks within 6 months. Standardize and launch ‘mission startup toolkit' for all new programs (pre-configured boards, templates, dashboards) within first 6 monthsAchieve >80% user satisfaction score from PMs and stakeholders on tooling support and documentation after 6 months.

Able to translate chaotic manual tasks into structured, elegant workflows. Brings simplicity out of complexity. Technical Craft: Proficient in JIRA automation, scripting (Python/JS), REST API integration, data visualization tools. Stakeholder Empathy: Can collaborate across PMs, engineers, and product teams—sees tools as enablers, not enforcers. Bias for Action: Prototypes fast, iterates fast. Don't wait for perfect specs. Ideal Profile3+ years in PMO tooling, technical program ops, or internal tools engineering. Strong with Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), plus experience with scripting and automation. Built or maintained dashboards in Power BI, Grafana, or equivalent.

Comfortable supporting defense or hardware/software teams under tight deadlines. Nice to have: experience in aerospace, defense-tech, or mission-critical industries.
