ICM Group have a fantastic opportunity for a lifting coach to join the team for a 1–2-year assignment on a 28/28 rotation in Algeria. Role summary: To provide specialist training in crane and lifting operations, ensuring personnel are competent in safe lifting techniques, equipment inspection and load management. Project Sub-type: Crane Assessor; Rigging & Lifting Coach; HSE & Crane ProjectResponsibilities: Conduct practical and theoretical training on lifting operations. Train personnel in accordance with LOLER, API RP 2D and IMCA standards. Evaluate trainees’ performance and issue certification. Maintain training rigs and lifting equipment in safe condition. Qualifications/Knowledge: LEEA certification or equivalent.
Experience in crane and rigging operations offshoreStrong knowledge of lifting gear, slinging, and signalling. Specific Requirements: Coaching/mentoring experience with field staff or trainees. High level of written and verbal communication in English. Skilled in writing detailed technical reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - ability to create, edit, and present reports and training documentation. Report WritingHigh level of written and verbal communication in English.
