Site SupervisorWe are seeking an accomplished and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on working on a $800m Social Housing project working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, ideally with a strong finishes background. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality controls, project schedules, and budgets. Monitor work progress and enforce rigorous safety protocols. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. Collaborate closely with the project management team to meet established objectives.
Maintain accurate records of site operations, including daily logs and progress reports. About You: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction. Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally $100m and above. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specifications. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Sound understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
