ICT Executive

Contract Period: 1 January 2026 to 30 November 2026(Note: Services not required from 1 June – 30 June 2026)Working HoursMonday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch breakFriday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch breakSaturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays: Service not requiredDuration of Service: 10 monthsScope of ServicesThe ICT Executive Shall Perform The Following DutiesPlan and conduct ICT-related training for students and staff.Carry out in-house ICT-related design and editing work.Provide ICT & AVA support for school events and programmes.Assist in management and maintenance of ICT & AVA equipment and resources.Assist in administration of school-based ICT-related systems.Note: Detailed roles & responsibilities are provided in Appendix I. Personnel must comply with the Expectations of Instructors (Annex C); failure to comply may result in contract termination.Qualifications And SkillsThe Personnel shall preferably possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:Relevant educational qualification(s) in IT, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related discipline.Good working knowledge of photo-editing, video-editing, animation, website design, and graphic design.Familiarity with trending EdTech tools (e.g., Classpoint, Canva, Thinglink) that support classroom teaching and learning.Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad apps, and emerging AI tools.Good working knowledge of computer and website programming (e.g., C++, Java, XHTML).Additional ICT certifications (e.g., A+, CCNA, ACE, ACI, MCSE) are an advantage.Preferably 2 years’ experience in conducting ICT training for primary school students.Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview with the Subject Head (InfoComm Technology).
