Plan and coordinate delivery of ICT and MSSP projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and scopeExecute project activities such as requirement tracking, deployment coordination, and delivery documentationMonitor delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure timely issue resolution during implementationServe as the operational liaison between clients and internal delivery teams throughout project executionTranslate client requirements into actionable delivery plans and coordinate follow-ups on deliverablesProvide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to both internal stakeholders and clientsCollaborate with technical, network, and security delivery teams to ensure integrated ICT solution deliveryWork with vendors, subcontractors, and internal units to ensure all dependencies are aligned and managedFacilitate handover to operations and managed service teams after successful deploymentEnsure that all deliverables meet the required technical and service quality standards before project closureValidate that documentation, testing results, and acceptance criteria are completed as per delivery checklistSupport post-delivery review sessions to capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;Minimum 3-6 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or related roles, preferably in the enterprise software or IT services industryProven track record of success in leading pre-sales engagements, developing technical solutions, and driving revenue growthDeep understanding of enterprise software solutions, including cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation technologiesStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions to client challengesLeadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goalsResults-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvementLocation: Centennial Tower, South Jakarta BenefitsMedical InsuranceMedical Check Up
