ICT Officer

We’re Hiring an ICT Officer!We are looking for an ICT Officer to support ICT operations at our Head Office and Site. This role ensures all ICT equipment and systems are well-maintained, troubleshooted, and available to support office and plant activities. The ICT Officer will also provide technical assistance to end users, manage ICT assets, and participate in infrastructure projects to strengthen ICT operations across the company.Work Location: Head Office, JakartaReporting Line: This position reports directly to the ICT LeadJob Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Information & Communication Technology. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably in chemical, oil & gas, or IT industry. Knowledge of Windows operating systems (PC & server), TCP/IP networking & cabling, endpoint security, and radio communication programming & maintenance. Trained in Windows Server Administration, networking (firewall, router, switch), Microsoft 365, endpoint security & access control, IP PBX, and radio configuration. Good troubleshooting skills in hardware and software. Strong communication skills to support end users. Hardworking, disciplined, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Physically able to manage hardware setup and troubleshooting. Good comprehension of technical literature/manuals in English. Job Responsibilities:Set up IT equipment, install networking systems, and ensure proper software installation. Provide ICT technical support and resolve user inquiries. Conduct routine checks on ICT equipment to prevent malfunctions. Maintain and operate company drone equipment. Install and perform minor hardware, software, or peripheral repairs. Escalate unresolved issues to peers, Senior ICT Officer, or ICT Lead. Coordinate with external vendors for major ICT problems. Maintain accurate ICT asset data, ownership status, and licensing records. Participate in ICT infrastructure projects and vendor supervision. Maintain confidentiality of data within company ICT systems. Implement SMK3 and SML, promote compliance, and take corrective actions for non-compliance.
