You’ll drive cross‑functional orchestration with Sales, Technology, Customer Care, and Marketing to bring new services to market and to keep our portfolio innovative and revenue‑positive.You’ll engage across A1’s evolving ICT stack and partner ecosystem – cloud and data center services, cyber and network security, connectivity, and managed services – continuously re‑using proven solutions and scaling successes across customer segments.Your Daily Routine Would IncludeManaging and developing a portfolio of fixed, cloud, and ICT services for corporate clients, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.Leading end-to-end Go-to-Market activities for new products and services in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and Customer Care teams.Monitoring product performance, revenue, and KPIs, and driving actions to grow and optimize the portfolio throughout its lifecycle.Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and improvements.Preparing sales enablement materials, trainings, and product documentation to support successful launch and adoption.Managing vendor and strategic partner relationships related to the products in your scope.We’ll know you can make it if you have:Experience in product management (or a closely related role) within ICT, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or managed services.Experience in collecting and documenting business requirements and preparing product specifications.Knowledge of working in an Agile development environment.Excellent project, risk, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with C-level executives.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into portfolio, pricing, and performance actions.Very good presentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix organization.Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and passion for continuous professional growth.Our gratitude for the job done will be eternal, but we’ll also offer you:Innovative technologies and platforms to “play” with.Modern working environment for your comfort.Friendly, ambitious, and motivated teammates to support each other.Thousands of online and in-person learning opportunities to grow.Challenging assignments and career development opportunities in multinational environment.Attractive remuneration package.Flexible working schedule and opportunity for home office.Numerous additional goodies, including, but not limited to free A1 services, discounts, health insurance and services, sports center, childcare, team and family events, etcNot sure yet?
