In this role, you will:Provide first-level technical support to stores and support office teamsAssist with troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance of hardware and softwareSupport network systems and cloud environments (Microsoft, Office 365, Google Workspace)Collaborate with managed service providers and contribute to IT projects across the businessAbout YouYou’re an enthusiastic problem-solver who enjoys helping others and learning new technologies.
