Job Description:The Live Streaming Content Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing live streaming operations to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This role involves scriptwriting, content planning, and performance analysis to ensure each live session delivers maximum impact and aligns with the brand’s marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & TranslationWrite, edit, and translate live streaming scripts to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and audience appeal.Collaborate with anchors or hosts to prepare engaging and persuasive live show materials.Live Streaming Operations & CoordinationManage daily live streaming activities, ensuring smooth execution and effective coordination with anchors and the operations team.Communicate with anchors to align on content direction, product highlights, and performance feedback.Data Monitoring & OptimizationTrack and analyze live streaming performance metrics such as audience stay time, traffic volume, and online viewers.Generate reports and propose optimization strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.Planning & ExecutionDevelop live streaming content strategies, product plans, and implementation roadmaps.Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment with promotional goals.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in live streaming operations, content creation, or e-commerce marketing (experience with platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, or similar is a plus).Skills & Competencies:Excellent writing and translation skills.Language skills in English are preferred.Strong understanding of live streaming dynamics and audience engagement strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.Additional Preferred Qualities:Familiarity with trending content styles, influencer marketing, and real-time interaction strategies.Passionate about digital content, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.
