Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting. Strategic thinking and strong decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High ethical standards, integrity, and client focus. Experience in team development and leadership. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of local and international accounting standards. Enrollment in CFA, ACCA, or other internationally recognized qualifications is a plus. What will you do:As a Manager, you will take full ownership of M&A projects, including:Leading teams and deliverables across all phases of the transaction – from origination to closing. Advising clients (corporates or private shareholders) on strategic options and transaction execution. Preparing marketing materials (Teasers, Information Memoranda), financial models, and valuations. Managing client relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Coaching and mentoring team members to build organizational capabilities.
