Project overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support our partner's initiatives. The project focuses on modernizing systems, improving data integration, and streamlining business processes across multiple internal platforms. The role requires a Business Analyst with a strong mix of domain understanding, technical awareness, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities:
Lead process documentation activities by mapping current processes and aligning them with future statesEvaluate system changes and manage the development backlogTrack and refine evolving business requirements throughout the project lifecycleIdentify and address data integration challengesCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and system ownersSupport the upgrade of the IDEA system (v6 to v7)Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in complex environmentsStrong skills in process mapping and business documentationAbility to assess change impact and manage development backlogsFamiliarity with data flow and system integration conceptsUnderstanding of centralized data repositoriesSolid communication and stakeholder coordination skillsBasic Python knowledge is beneficialHungarian és English knowledge are must have.
