Job Title: Telco/Comms SME or Architect (BSS Domain)Location: South Korea (Local Candidates Only)Language Requirement: Fluent English (Clear verbal and written communication)Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telco/Comms SME or Architect with a strong background in the BSS (Business Support Systems) domain. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Telecom processes, solutioning, and architecture, with Salesforce and/or Vlocity experience as a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Architect for BSS systems in the Telco/Comms space.
Understand and design customer journeys, order management, product catalog, and billing systems. Engage with business and technical stakeholders to drive solution design and implementation. Provide guidance on Telco best practices, process models, and transformation strategy. Support solution development and delivery lifecycle from blueprinting to deployment. Required Skills and Experience: 8+ years of experience in the Telecom/Communications domain, with a focus on BSS. Deep understanding of Telco BSS platforms such as CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, etc. Experience with Salesforce/Vlocity (OmniStudio, CPQ, EPC) is highly desirable. Proven ability to engage clients with clear, articulate English communication.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce/Vlocity certifications. Experience working with South Korean Telco clients or familiarity with regional market dynamics. Note: We are looking for local candidates in South Korea only. Strong English communication is a must.
