Identity Governance Analyst

Summary:We are seeking a proactive Identity Governance Analyst with strong SailPoint experience to join our access management team. This role focuses on executing and improving access certification campaigns and supporting our identity lifecycle processes. You’ll leverage your hands-on SailPoint skills while gaining on-the-job training in Saviynt, expanding your capabilities across multiple IGA platforms.This position offers the opportunity to help shape governance maturity from the ground up — ideal for someone who’s technical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in enterprise identity governance.Key Responsibilities:Execute and manage access certification campaigns and user access reviews using SailPointMaintain and optimize RBAC models, approval workflows, and role owner mappingsSupport identity lifecycle management — provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requestsPartner with IT, security, and business teams to ensure governance and compliance alignmentAssist in the rollout of Saviynt as a complementary IGA platform (training provided)Contribute to governance documentation, reporting, and audit readinessEngage directly with global stakeholders — including Portuguese-speaking users — to resolve issues and drive accountabilitySkills & Experience:2–4 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNowStrong understanding of access governance, identity lifecycle, and RBAC principlesExperience supporting or running access certification campaignsExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsPortuguese fluency (written and verbal)Willingness to learn and cross-train in SaviyntNice to Have:Familiarity with Active Directory, ServiceNow, or JiraExposure to SOX, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworksUnderstanding of access policies, role design, and audit processes
