Roles & ResponsibilitiesSourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them. Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection. Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends. Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service. Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service. Education QualificationGraduation: Any GraduatePost-graduation: MBA, PGDMExperience: 2+ years of relevant experience
