Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 运用IE管理方法，优化生产流程、物流配送模式、厂区布局Layout； 2. 负责生产车间人员配置、产能评估； 3. 标准工时管理：标准工时核定、维护； 4. 负责对整个工艺过程、设备等分析改善； 5. 负责对业务数据进行分析，建立数据挖掘和预测等模型，为业务管理、运营决策提供业务分析及数据支持； 6. 发掘数据深层价值，以数据驱动业务不断创新。 任职要求： 1、本科学历，工业工程、数学、统计、理学类专业优先； 2、熟练使用EXCEL，有数据分析师证优； 3、具有较强的逻辑思维、创新思维； 4、责任心强，善于沟通。
