IELTS Instructor/Teacher (Full Time)

FRESHERS and currently ENROLLED STUDENTS are STRONGLY discouraged from applying.Sheba Innovations Limited, a subsidiary of Sheba Group, is seeking talented IELTS Instructor/Teacher/Trainer (Full-Time) to join our ranks and help drive our vision to new heights.Key Responsibilities:Teaching: (Online & On-premises) Deliver high-quality educational experiences in English Language Learning, including General English, English Communication, and IELTS preparation.Engage with learners, providing personalized feedback and support to ensure their success and progression.Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to various learning styles.Content Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key content areas, learning objectives, and target audience needs.Assist in developing and implementing a content strategy aligned with the platform's goals and the unique needs of IELTS or English learners.Curriculum Development:Contribute to the creation of curriculum, ensuring alignment with the latest test trends, question types, and scoring criteria.Develop and refine instructional materials and assessments.Content Creation:Produce high-quality written, audio, and visual content for IELTS preparation, including practice tests, interactive exercises, video lessons, and more.Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and adheres to established pedagogical principles.Quality Assurance:Assist in implementing a robust quality assurance process to review and refine existing content, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with learner outcomes.Research and Innovation:Stay updated on the latest developments in English language teaching, IELTS testing, and educational technology.Integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies and technologies into content development.Qualifications: Degree(s) in English, Education, Engineering, or a related field (Preferably from English Medium Background) Proven 2+ years of experience in teaching English language learning, with a focus on IELTS.Strong understanding of IELTS test structure, scoring criteria, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.Benefits:Salary: 30-40K BDTTwo weekly holidaysSubsidized LunchOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.A unique chance to establish yourself as a brand in the industry and kickstart your career to reach new heights.Interview Process:Initial CV ScreeningInvitation for Written TestFace-to-Face InterviewFinal SelectionPlease apply only if you are willing to participate in the on-premises written test.
