You will be responsible for Maintaining a strong and continuously evolving partnership portfolio. Identifying market opportunities and aligning partner needs with tailored product solutions.

Leading contract negotiations and establishing mutually beneficial cooperation models. Driving profitable growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships. Executing business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Building strong stakeholder relationships and managing cross-functional project teams. Supporting and implementing initiatives at both country and Baltic regional levelsWhat do we expect from you? Strong background and work experience in building partnerships, developing co-operations and/or sales in finance/insurance/telecom/automotive or retail sector. Great collaboration and negotiation skills, orientation toward results. Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others. Active and courageous personality, positive mindset. Excellent Latvian and English language skills.
