You’ll also be a core contributor to the implementation of our new ERP system, Workday—bringing your accounting expertise into a transformative digital project.This position can be filled both full-time and part-time.What You Will DoFinancial Accounting & Reporting: Supporting the Financial Accounting team in the correct booking of IFRS special topics (e.g. project accounting/percentage of completion) Contact person in Financial Accounting for IFRS topics, as well as for the international environmentIntroduction Of ERP-System Workday Collaboration in the implementation and introduction of the new ERP-system Workday in Germany and abroad with a focus on IFRS Collaboration with IT experts and the Financial Accounting department to ensure smooth system integration Support with data migrations and training of employeesProcess Optimization Identifying opportunities for improvement in existing financial processes in Germany and abroad Ensuring compliance with legal and internal accounting requirementsWhat You’ll Need To SucceedDegree in Business Administration, International Accounting, or equivalent qualification.Several years of experience in Financial Accounting, ideally in a global setting.Deep knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience applying standards.Familiarity with ERP systems—Workday experience is a plus.Strong interest in IT-driven projects and process improvement.Excellent English skills; German is a plus.A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset.What’s In It For YouBeing part of a highly motivated ever-growing and multicultural team that drives forward the energy revolutionInnovative and fast-changing market and working environmentMobile working Flexible working hours Modern office atmosphere Company restaurant / Barista bar Discounted Conditions Fitness Discounted Online Shopping Benefits can vary depending on the location and are not legally binding.About BayWa R.e.BayWa r.e. is the home for change makers.
