IFS Finance Consultant (Polish Speaking)Location: Remote / Hybrid (Europe-based)Contract Type: ContractLanguages: English & Polish (fluent)About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to join an international team supporting the rollout, optimisation, and continuous improvement of IFS Cloud / IFS Applications within a dynamic enterprise environment. You’ll play a key role in bridging business needs and system capability—helping to design, configure, and deliver finance processes that drive performance and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support the design, configuration, and implementation of IFS Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.).Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into IFS system solutions.Conduct workshops, testing, and end-user training across finance functions.Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations related to the finance domain.Support data migration, validation, and post go-live stabilisation.Act as a subject matter expert for financial processes within IFS, providing ongoing system and process improvements.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an IFS Finance Consultant, either on the customer or partner side.Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance process flows.Hands-on configuration experience with one or more of the following modules:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed AssetsProject Accounting / CostingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).Nice to HaveExposure to IFS Cloud or recent IFS Applications versions (e.g., Apps 10).Experience working in an international project environment.Knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, or integrations with third-party systems.Why Join?Be part of a forward-thinking environment implementing modern ERP solutions.Competitive daily rate Opportunity to work with global teams and large-scale transformation projects.GoLive Recruitment is a trusted supplier of permanent, contract, and interim recruitment services, specialising exclusively in the IFS ERP ecosystem.
