Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role ✈️Conduct and regularly update stakeholder mapping activities with a focus on sustainability,Coordinate sustainability-based collaborations with public institutions, NGOs, international organizations, and private sector stakeholders,Support external communication in processes such as the Social Investment Program and the Local Demand and Grievance Mechanism, and assess local needs through community-based approaches and participatory methods,Implement community benefit projects targeting vulnerable groups using participatory methods,Monitor relations with national and international sustainability initiatives and institutional memberships,Support the integration of social sustainability content into reporting processes, especially the Sustainability Report,Develop recommendations to increase stakeholder satisfaction,Develop social impact assessment criteria and conduct data sharing and consultations with external stakeholders within this scope,Proudly Show Your Skills to the World 🌍Bachelor’s Degree from Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, Sustainable Development, Social Sciences, or similar fields,3+ years of experience in social investment, corporate social responsibility or social sustainability projects,Knowledge about social impact assessment, participatory planning, and feedback mechanisms,Familiar with sustainability reporting and international standards (e.
