This is a hands-on, performance-driven role where your relationship-building skills, data-driven mindset, and iGaming expertise will truly shine.You’ll be the bridge between our brand and our affiliate partners — managing, nurturing, and growing a strong affiliate portfolio that delivers results. From onboarding new partners and negotiating smart deals, to optimizing campaigns and ensuring smooth operations, you’ll own the full affiliate lifecycle and have a direct impact on our growth.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and knows how to combine creativity with analytical thinking to scale revenue.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners — you’ll know what works and how to scale it.Find new affiliates, build strong relationships, and bring in quality traffic.Support our existing affiliates and help them hit their goals.Handle contracts, negotiate deals, and make sure everything runs smoothly.Keep an eye on performance and optimize based on real data.Be in regular contact with your affiliate network — emails, calls, face-to-face when needed.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming.A solid background in online marketing or sales.Fluent in English (spoken and written).
