The Opportunity: German-speaking Business DeveloperWe are currently looking for a German-speaking Business Developer to join our growing team in Barcelona.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship Building:

Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, developing trust-based relationships that ensure satisfaction and loyalty. You'll act as a strategic advisor, understanding client objectives and aligning solutions to their business needs. Maintain continuous and effective communication with both clients and internal teams to guarantee smooth collaboration. Business Development & Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, promoting additional services and innovative solutions. Conduct market analysis to understand client industries and trends, positioning our solutions strategically. Support the planning and execution of account strategies to maximize revenue and client success. Project Coordination:

Oversee the lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You'll coordinate with internal departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Technical teams—to deliver best-in-class solutions. Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and project performance. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign and project performance data to provide clients with actionable insights and improvement recommendations. Prepare regular reports and present results to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Problem Solving & Risk Management: Proactively address client concerns and operational challenges, ensuring swift, effective resolutions.

Mediate between client expectations and internal capabilities, always aiming for win-win solutions. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and optimize processes. Mentor and support junior colleagues by sharing best practices and contributing to a positive team environment. Language Communication: Communicate fluently and professionally in German with clients and internal teams. Utilize English for internal reporting and team collaboration.

Candidate ProfileFluent German speaker (C2 level required)Proficient in English (B2 level minimum)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldPrevious experience in business development, account management, or client relations is highly valuedExperience working with Google or other major tech companies is a strong advantageExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindsetStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAnalytical thinker with the ability to translate data into strategic insightsExperience or familiarity with the digital marketing or e-commerce industries is a plusSelf-motivated, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary:
