Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, you are an important member of our sales team, driving solutions with our market-leading security products and services. Three main focus areas of Ignition Technology NEUR are Identity (IAM, PAM, IGA), SaaS security and XDR/SOC. Accountabilities And Activities-Your key responsibilities is to provide technical support to help Ignition deliver a high-quality sales service and help Ignition to become the “go to” security software distributor.

You will be responsible forWorking closely with the existing Ignition Technology team, vendors, and partners in NEURUnderstand and effectively present our Vendors and solutionsWork closely with our partners and vendorsProviding technical support to Ignition and partners sales personnelRunning presentations to end-customers, running demos to end-customersRun partner enablement sessionCreate and deliver compelling demonstrations of Ignition Technology products and solutionsIdentify and qualify new opportunities and support technical pre-sales activities to opportunity closureEnable and leverage channel partners and work successfully in a channel-driven sales modelContinuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge and participate in technical communities of interestEffective in partner-facing engagement, in writing, presentation, and creative problem-solving skillsPerson Specification-Organised, structured, and efficient in your work, with good attention to detailFlexibility, and the ability to work successfully in various environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood team player willing to share information and foster a positive team spiritSelf-motivatedPre-sales experience handling solutions around Identity, Cloud Security and XDR/SOCPre-sales experience handling Enterprise and SMB customersIndustry knowledge of Identity and SaaS security products and technology trendsExperience selling, demonstrating, installing, and/or solving security productsTravel within the region is often required, and international travel may be required as necessary Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
