Leading the development, implementation, and enforcement of QA/QC policies and procedures for O&M activitiesEnsuring consistent application of quality standards across all asset operations and maintenance functionsDeveloping a comprehensive internal and external audit programme for assets in the O&M phaseConducting and supporting internal and external audits and compliance assessmentsManaging the defect and failure reporting system across operational sitesEnabling and facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes for major failuresPromoting and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Collaborating with O&M teams to deliver quality training and raise awareness of QA/QC proceduresRequired for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably within the renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing sectorsSolid knowledge of quality management principles and standards (e. g.
, ISO 9001), with familiarity in applying quality methodologies in practiceExperience in renewable energy project construction, including familiarity with inspection and testing techniques, material verification, and coordination with external auditors for quality assessments, is considered an advantageProven expertise in third-party auditing processes and conducting quality assessmentsStrong command of QA/QC methodologies, including non-conformance management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)ISO 9001 Certified Internal Auditor qualification would be an advantageProficiency in English and possession of a valid driving licenseIn return for creating a more sustainable future, we promise:
