The Cost Control Executive is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and controlling the costs of all hotel operations, ensuring that the hotel maximizes profitability while maintaining high standards of service and quality. This role supports procurement, inventory management, and cost analysis to ensure compliance with budgetary goals and operational efficiency. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Monitor and control all food, beverage, and other operational costs. Review and analyze daily purchases, issues, and transfers to ensure accuracy and appropriate allocation. Prepare cost and consumption reports, ensuring variances are investigated and explained. Assist in the month-end inventory process, including stock counts and reconciliation.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate cost records, pricing, and supplier contracts in the system. Collaborate with the purchasing department to track procurement and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Analyze supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts. Monitor wastage, pilferage, and inventory discrepancies through regular audits and checks. Provide cost-related support to F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments. Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts with the finance team. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a cost control or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Excel and hotel cost control or ERP systems (e. g. , Sun, Oracle, SAP, Material Control, FMC). Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and stock management practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
