Monitor employee engagement and implement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention. Handle investigations and resolve employee complaints in a fair and timely manner. Support hotel leadership with succession planning and organizational development. Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees and managers. Maintain a strong presence and open-door policy to build trust and accessibility.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or director-level role, preferably in the hospitality industry. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and hotel operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
