The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and assigned public areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

This role plays a key part in delivering a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Clean, tidy, and prepare guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities. Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors. Ensure all guest supplies are replenished and room setups meet brand or hotel standards. Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Handle guest belongings with care and report any lost & found items to the supervisor. Notify maintenance of any room or equipment issues (e. g. , plumbing, lighting, air conditioning).

Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition. Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies at all times. Assist in cleaning public areas or special assignments as directed by supervisors. Report any suspicious behaviour or items immediately as per security protocols. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset (training can be provided). Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods).

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy. Basic English communication skills (verbal and/or written).
