The Reservation Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the reservations department.

This position supervises a team of reservation agents, ensures accurate and timely booking processes, and works closely with the Revenue and Sales teams to help maximize room revenue and occupancy. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has strong leadership and communication skills. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Supervise the daily activities of the reservations team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent service. Assist guests and clients with reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests via phone, email, and online channels. Monitor and maintain room availability and rate parity across all distribution channels and booking platforms.

Ensure reservations are processed in accordance with hotel standards and policies. Handle escalated or complex booking inquiries, including VIP, group, and corporate accounts. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support to the reservations staff. Collaborate with the Front Office, Revenue, and Sales teams to manage group blocks, promotional rates, and inventory control. Ensure all guest data is entered correctly and securely in the reservation system (PMS/CRS). Assist the Reservation Manager with compiling reports on booking trends, pick-up pace, cancellations, and occupancy forecasts.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, packages, promotions, and local attractions to support upselling and guest service efforts. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office, with some supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (e. g. , Opera, SynXis, or similar). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of revenue management principles is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
