Location: RemoteExperience: 3–8 yearsJob Type: Full-TimeReports to: Sales ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a high-performing Customer Acquisition Executive to drive new business and revenue growth through the sale of Microsoft licenses and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise licensing agreements, with a proven ability to upsell and cross-sell into new and existing accounts. You will own the full sales life cycle from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on strategic accounts across various industries.

This is a remote position requiring exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem. Key ObjectivesAcquire new customers through direct sales of Microsoft licensing solutionsGrow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategiesManage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closureBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makersKey Responsibilities Customer Acquisition & Lead GenerationProactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound channelsDevelop strong pipelines for Microsoft licensing deals across SMB and enterprise segmentsEngage and consult with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads) Sales Execution & Account ConversionPosition and sell Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, etc.

) based on customer needsConduct product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughsPrepare and present compelling proposals with pricing structuresManage negotiations and close deals independently or with support from senior leadership Cross-Selling and UpsellingIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts for additional Microsoft licenses or complementary servicesBuild full account development plans and execute growth strategiesEducate clients on evolving Microsoft products, licensing options, and cost-saving models Relationship Management & Customer RetentionServe as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular contact with clientsEnsure client satisfaction through smooth onboarding and follow-upCollaborate with support teams to ensure service excellence and license renewal CRM & ReportingLog all sales activities, leads, and updates in the company’s CRMMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibilityGenerate weekly and monthly reports for leadership on performance metricsJob RequirementsEducational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related fieldMicrosoft Sales certifications (preferred but not mandatory)Work Experience3–8 years of experience in IT/software sales (Selling License)Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience selling Microsoft licenses (M365, Azure, etc.
