HaugesundHSE AdvisorWe are looking for a proactive and systematic HSE Advisor to join a key offshore project. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring all operations comply with the highest HSE standards. Responsibilities Report to the project HSE Manager and offshore OIM. Follow up on all HSE-related matters within the project. Proactively and systematically engage in preventive HSE work. Participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, and safety meetings. Conduct safety rounds and inspections. Collaborate closely with the project's safety delegate service.
Required expertise Relevant experience from petroleum, renewables, or construction projects. A valid offshore safety course and approved health certificate are mandatory. Education in HSE is desirable; relevant experience can compensate for formal education. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
