KristiansundSupply Chain administratorWe are seeking a dedicated Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to ensure the safe and efficient flow of goods. In this role, you will work closely with operational interfaces across terminal logistics, goods flow, and technical services, contributing to continuous improvement in our supply chain. Responsibilities Oversee and hold primary responsibility for the flow of goods. Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of work processes. Act as a technical supervisor and drive training initiatives for internal and external personnel. Provide logistics support and collaborate with customers and relevant stakeholders.

Monitor and ensure a smooth logistics flow throughout the supply chain. Manage contracts and follow up with suppliers to ensure compliance and performance. Handle requisitioning of materials, base services, and warehouse space. Perform cost control, system monitoring, and customs coordination tasks. Uphold and promote HSE and security standards within the logistics domain. Required expertise Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. A strong understanding of business operations and logistics processes. Excellent IT and digitalization skills; experience with SAP and Kabal is desirable.

Proven ability to handle operational challenges in a dynamic environment. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills. Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and driving improvements. A structured, responsible, and flexible approach to tasks.
