Senior Quality Professional

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that project deliveries meet the highest standards of quality, adhere to specifications, and comply with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Plan and execute quality management activities throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate quality-related risks to prevent impacts on cost and schedule. Foster a collaborative, one-team approach with partners and contractors to ensure quality standards are met. Implement and oversee quality control routines to verify project deliverables.

Conduct quality assurance activities, including internal audits, verifications, and self-assessments. Lead or support deviation, non-conformity, and management of change processes. Facilitate lessons learned sessions and drive continual improvement initiatives. Support the closure of audit findings and follow up on vendor-related quality issues. Required expertise Senior-level professional with extensive experience in quality management within a project environment. A minimum of 10 years of experience within the quality profession. Demonstrated ability to drive improvements with a proactive and hands-on working style. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in both English and Norwegian.
