Job SummaryAs a receptionist, you will act as the liaison between customers and the dealership, handling daily front desk operations and supporting the service manager in achieving after-sales goals. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell dealership maintenance services. Manage customer repair appointments. Greet customers and complete work orders. Coordinate repair progress. Prepare vehicles for post-repair delivery.
Conduct follow-ups with customers. Handle special parts orders. Manage vehicle recalls and re-repairs. Support pre-delivery and delivery services. Provide excellent customer service. Address customer inquiries and concerns. Resolve issues via follow-up calls. Facilitate handovers between after-sales and new car sales. Qualifications Education: Diploma or higher in automotive or a related field. Training: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations; familiarity with BYD/Lexus operations. Experience: 3+ years in automotive repair or related industries. 1+ year in customer service. Familiarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous. Skills: Computer proficiency.
