Job SummaryAs a BYD Automotive Technician will perform high-quality inspection and repair of vehicles and complete repair tasks according to the arrangements of the after-sales service manager, foreman or after-sales service consultant, in accordance with BYD standards and the specific requirements of the maintenance manual for each model. Job Description Ensure the quality of work, complete the repair work in accordance with the prescribed work procedures, and comply with the established safety rules. Complete the repair task on time.
If there is any delay in fault diagnosis and parts collection, the after-sales service consultant should be notified immediately so that the customer can be notified (if you cannot complete the fault diagnosis within 20 minutes, the foreman or after-sales service manager should be notified) Check each car to determine the possible cause of the fault, explain the fault to the after-sales service consultant and provide repair suggestions Responsible for technical support, technical guidance, and technical management in the workshop maintenance production process Responsible for diagnosing and analyzing difficult faults, and answering technical information inquiries from the outside world Responsible for providing technical training to workshop technicians and doing a good job of helping them Supervise the execution of the workshop maintenance and inspection operation process, and solve or organize research on problems encountered during maintenanceQualificationsTraining experience:
