You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines. This is a casual position based at Longshot café in Wollongong Hospital. This role will require flexible availability between Monday - Sunday from 7am to 4pm. You Will Also Be Responsible ForPreparing and serving food and beverages to café standards. Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner. Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately. Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well-presented. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.

Handling both cash and card payments efficiently. About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following: 1 - 2 years of experience as a Barista / Café All Rounder. Must be available to work on weekends. Experience in food handling would be ideal. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
