Essential RequirementsCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualifications recognised under Australian Qualifications Framework. NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance ID or willingness to obtain. About YouCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification (essential). Experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable. A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
