Starting base annual salary of $103,239 to $109,431 negotiable based on experience, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options. Leave benefits included.

About The OpportunityAs Coordinator, you’ll guide and support a dedicated team of caseworkers delivering vital Targeted Early Intervention (TEI) services, including time-limited case management and parent education groups. Working across the Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly, and Wingecarribee LGAs, you’ll provide the leadership, coaching, and direction needed to ensure families facing complex challenges receive the support they deserve. This is more than just a leadership role – it’s a chance to shape the future for children, empower families, and build stronger, more connected communities. About You:

You’re a natural leader who is passionate about creating positive change for children and families. With at least 3 years’ experience in child and family work, you bring not only professional knowledge but also warmth, resilience, and a genuine commitment to empowering others. Your background shows you can:

✔ Lead and inspire a team with empathy and confidence ✔ Support families experiencing complex challenges ✔ Understand and respond to child protection and mandatory reporting requirements ✔ Build strong partnerships across services and communities ✔ Work with cultural sensitivity, particularly with Aboriginal and culturally diverse families ✔ Communicate clearly, both in writing and face-to-face Your Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach Minimum 3 years’ experience in child and family casework A current NSW WWCC and driver’s licenceBenefits and culture Working to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice brings its own rewards, but there’s more.
