The opportunityThe Customer Relations team is the first point of contact for people looking to access Warrigal’s services.
In this role, you’ll work closely with prospective customers and their families to understand their needs, identify suitable services, and support a smooth and confident entry into Warrigal. This is a sales-focused role with a strong customer service element. You’ll be responsible for engaging both new and existing customers, helping them transition between services as needed, while also working to increase occupancy and support revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and provide accurate, easy-to-understand information around service options and costs, helping customers make informed decisions.
The role also involves building strong relationships with referral partners and implementing strategies to boost customer and community engagement. Some travel to other Warrigal locations is required, as well as occasional work outside standard business hours. The BenefitsHourly rate – $48.
