About The Role - Childcare At TAFE NSWJoin us as an Early Childhood Teacher, where you'll spark curiosity and help children thrive during their formative years. You'll create fun, engaging, and innovative programs tailored to each child’s unique needs, from building early language skills to nurturing social growth and confidence. Get ready to be there every step of the way as they take their first steps into school life, making a lasting impact on their educational journey!Our centre operates Monday–Friday, 8: 00 am – 5.

30 pm, 48 weeks per year, with a refreshing four week break over Christmas, ensuring our team is ready for another exciting year of learning. About YouYou are an enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing educator who: Inspires young learners through play-based learning and the Early Years Learning Framework. Thrives in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and inclusion are key. Communicates effectively, fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Essential RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority approved). NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.

Proven experience in early childhood education, with a strong commitment to the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and inclusive, socially just practices.
