Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for IT support requests, documenting and prioritizing issues based on severity and impactProvide initial troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for staff and students, including software, hardware, and network problemsPerform basic data entry and updates in our various systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policiesMaintain clear and effective communication with end-users, providing status updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionCreate and maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and processes for future reference and analysisWork closely with other IT staff to escalate more complex issues and ensure timely resolutionsKey Requirements:
