We are currently seeking compassionate Personal Care Worker's to join our team at Blue Haven Aged Care Facility. We have Part-time and Full-time positions available.
About The RoleReporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities. You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families. What You’ll Need To SucceedBefore you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following: Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)NDIS Worker Screening Checkevidence of Influenza vaccination, andfull working rights in Australia.
