About The RoleProvide hands-on rehabilitation in a supportive, modern environmentTreat patients with conditions ranging from spinal pain and post-surgical recovery to sports injuries, tendinopathies, and neurological conditions (e. g. , stroke, MS, Parkinson’s)Create and deliver tailored rehab programs using our hydrotherapy pool and gymCollaborate with surgeons, GPs, NDIS providers, WorkCover, and moreMaintain clear clinical notes and outcome trackingWhat We’re Looking ForQualified Physiotherapist (AHPRA registered) — new grads are strongly encouraged to applyInterest in evidence-based rehab and functional recoveryBonus skills:

Dedicated 1-hour mentoring session each week with a senior clinician. Fortnightly Team Meeting. Structured team meeting every two weeks to share updates, learning, and support. CPD Allowance. Annual allowance for continuing professional development courses and events. $1500 / yearPaid Study Leave. 3 paid days per year for attending CPD events or exams. Flexible Hours. Work hours can be scheduled flexibly between 7: 30 am and 5: 30 pm. Pick hours and days that suit you. $500 Incentive Voucher. A yearly voucher after 12 months service.
