Reporting to the Site Lead, you will be a vital team member and be responsible for the storage and distribution of Defence Force clothing for serving Defence personnel. Fixed term 6 month Contract with opportunity of transitioning to Permanent Role | Monday to Friday, 8. 00am – 4. 00pm Key DutiesOrganising and controlling the day-to-day workflow - receiving, scanning, sorting, and placing incoming goods on shelves. Over the counter customer service to our defence membersAnswering customer queries regarding stock location and progress. Receipt and delivery of goods. Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of work site.
Operating computer system to obtain details of stock quantity and location. Be apart of Point of Entry – servicing our new members uniforms providing a positive experience. About You Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment. Intermediate computer skills & great customer service skillsAbility to endure high volume of customers servicing our defence membersExperience with SAP beneficial, but not essentialCandidate must hold a valid Driver licenceMust be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and therefore, must be an Australian Citizen.
