Site Foreman / Site Supervisor – TAFE / Schools Projects etc in Wollongong area

Our client is a highly regarded Mid-Tier Commercial / Industrial Builder who have been in business for many years. They have recently secured a new project. It’s a $6m part new build / part refurbishment - to an existing partially occupied school in the Wollongong / Shoalhaven / Illawarra region of NSW. The project commences on site in mid-August 2025 and programme period is around twelve months or so. To assist with project delivery they now have a need for an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager/ Site Supervisor who can deliver projects such as the above in a collaborative manner with all parties.

Reporting to a visiting Project Manager, the person we are looking for will have: Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia. At least three to five years’ experience with a Commercial /Industrial builder - preferably on schools or related projects. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills. Outstanding safety record. Trade background preferred. Checkable references. Current First Aid Certificate. Current permits – e. g. working with children / police etc. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Own transport and tools essentialExperience with Hammertech / Procore etc would be a big plus. Own reliable transport.
