Supportive on call team and EAP servicesKey Responsibilities IncludeEmpowering young people to make positive and informed life choices. Assisting with their daily routines. Engaging and communicating with the young people in your care. Assisting in domestic tasks, shopping, cleaning, meal prep. Administrating MedicationImplementation of the behaviour support plans. Write detailed and accurate daily shift notes.
