It’s a way to share warmth, values, and meaningful stories.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Full-time Illustrator (On-site, Bali) to join our creative team at TinyCocoa Studio. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality digital illustrations for children’s books and various visual projects.Main Responsibilities Create characters, backgrounds, and visual assets in TinyCocoa’s whimsical style.Develop visual concepts from initial brief to final artwork.Collaborate closely with the Art Director and creative team to ensure consistency in visual direction.Organize and manage working files following studio standards.Deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative visual ideas.Qualifications Proficiency in Clip Studio Paint (CSP) is highly preferred. Strong skills in digital illustration, drawing, and painting. Solid understanding of composition, proportion, color, and storytelling. Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Adaptive, open-minded, and receptive to feedback. Passionate about continuous learning and artistic growth. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Educational background in Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related creative fields is preferred.
