The role is focused on Photoshop work — refining product images, retouching details, and preparing visuals for web, campaigns, and social. You don’t need to be a professional photographer, but you should be comfortable handling basic camera operations for simple product shoots.ResponsibilitiesRetouch and enhance product images for web and marketing useMaintain consistency in lighting, color, and texture across the product rangePrepare final image assets optimized for digital platformsAssist with simple product shoots (camera setup, framing, lighting basics)Create clean visual compositions and product graphics when neededRequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (retouching, masking, color correction, compositing)Basic knowledge of camera operation (exposure, focus, white balance)Strong eye for detail, color, and brand aestheticsAbility to work efficiently and meet quick turnaround timesBonus: experience with Lightroom, Illustrator, or short-form video editingAbout Bayne Bayne is a design-driven brand creating minimal, functional everyday carry essentials.
