◆Department: ZARA◆Position Image Specialist◆Reporting to: Retail Director◆Location: ZARA Stores in Korea◆About the roleAs an Image Specialist, you will be based in a store environment and travel regularly across different stores to design and update attractive window displays, ensuring they reflect the latest fashion trends and ZARA’s global guidelines. This is a field-based position that requires close collaboration with store teams to deliver a consistent and high-standard brand image across the region..◆ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY•Dressing windows in multiple stores across a region.•Advising store managers on the decoration of windows.•Agreeing content of store windows based on commercial needs as well as aesthetic value andcompany guidelines.•Ensuring that windows are up to date.•Ensuring that windows as the highest possible standard.•Regularly travelling to stores within the region to keep all stores up to date and on trend.•Working with the rest of the team to ensure consistent high standards and adequate serviceto all stores across the country.◆ REQUIREMENTS•Ideally minimum over 2 years experience in window dressing, fashion styling preferably in asimilar environment.•Excellent knowledge of fashion and the latest/future trends.•English verbal speaking required.•Willing to travel for domestic and international.•Good communication skill to work as part of team.•Self motivated as often working alone.•Flexible, adaptable, problem solving•Must be able to perform within a fast paced environment
