Job Description

At Imagetwin, we’re a young, diverse, and driven startup on a mission to fight image manipulation, plagiarism, and fabrication in scientific research. Our AI-powered SaaS solution is already helping thousands of researchers, publishers, and universities detect image-related fraud and uphold the integrity of their work. Now, we’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to help us tell that story to the world — someone who’s excited to shape a brand with purpose, drive real impact in the scientific community, and grow with an inclusive and supportive team. TasksStrategy Development:

Design and implement a marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire customers in academia and publishing. SEM: Build and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc. ) from end-to-end to drive targeted traffic & maximise ROI. Social Media & Content Creation: Develop and execute social media strategies, and collaborate with external partners to create content (e. g. , blog posts, video workshops). CRM & Email Marketing: Manage CRM systems and execute email newsletters, feature updates and campaigns. SEO: Apply a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals to support organic growth, with general knowledge of on-page, content, and basic technical optimisation.

Public Relations: Establish and maintain media relationships, coordinate press releases and other communications. RequirementsExperience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably within a startup or agency, with expertise across SEM, social media, email marketing, and content. A strong grasp of websites and SEO will be highly regarded. Skills: Strong understanding of the holistic digital marketing landscape, with expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console). Confident using data to extract insights and optimise marketing efforts. Writing Skills: Strong writing ability across formats, from social media and website copy to blog posts and email campaigns. Language: English proficiency at native speaker levelCreativity:

Ability to think outside the box and create compelling, original content that drives engagement. Industry Knowledge (a plus): Exposure or experience in the academic, research, or publishing space is a plus. BenefitsA yearly gross salary ranging from €33,500 to €42,500 (for 30 hours/week), based on qualifications and experience. Hybrid work (office/remote) and flexible working time with no core hours.
